Melon Wars IV
Fourth Annual Bodice Competition

I would like to invite as many as possible to participate in what has become a celebrated fixture at Melon Wars. Namely, the Fourth Annual Melon Wars arts and sciences competition. The theme of this years competition is the same as years past - "Best Melons in Any Medium" - in the form of a bodice competition to be held in two divisions.

Melon Wars III Formal Bodice Competition Entrants

"FORMAL" DIVISION
To be held after lunch at the Broken Harp Inn
This is for everyone who has taken the time to make an authentic
period style bodice or other serious effort

"OPEN" DIVISION
To be held during a break during  the Torchlight Tourney on the List Field
This is for the, shall we say, more outrageous entrants
and is in the spirit of fun and melonyness.
We're going for risque here, but not raunchy.

RULES
Both divisions will be adjuticated by an
Esteemed Panel of Highly Qualified Judges
Contestants may enter one or both divisions.
The same bodice may be entered in both divisions.

You are probably now saying to yourself:
"Why yes, we are most interested! But, how is it that we might make one of these... bodices?"

Conveniently, we have for your perusal some information which may be of assistance in your endeavor:

A simple bodice or corsolette
Drafting a basic bodice pattern
How to make self-supporting bodices

Truly we all benefit as we strive earnestly to discover the bestest melons in Flinthyll.
