lorene Erickson Family Recipe:
6 cups riced potatoes
3 Tbsp Crisco (heaped)
1 1/2 cups flour

Strawberry Sauce: (Freseyes)
Ground almonds, meat broth, rice flour, strawberries, cinnamon, salt

Green Sauce (Verde Sawse)
Minced parsley, thyme, sage, savory, mint, ginger, pepper, salt, white wine and vineagar

Frumenty with Leeks
A pottage of cooked bulgar, chicken broth, diced leeks, salt, thyme, tarragon, sage

Oaten Honeycomb:
Flake oatmeal, eggs, ground almonds, honey,
Milk, grated lemon peel, sugar, cinnamon and butter
